    Q: Do you make custom designs?
    A: Looking for something special not listed? We happily accept custom order requests. Please message so that we can discuss your idea.

    Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
    A: Our standard shipping is USPS First Class mail. All wedding signs ship USPS Priority mail due to weight.

    Q: Where are you located?
    A: All orders ship from Camarillo, California.

    Q: Do you ship internationally?
    A: We currently only ship within the United States.

    Q: How long will it take until my order ships?
    A: Our standard processing time BEFORE a product ships is 5-7 business days Monday - Friday. Excludes weekends and holidays.

    Q: Can I cancel my order?
    A: We are happy to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

    Q: Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
    A: Unfortunately no, all items are made to order and therefore are considered custom items. 

    Q: My item did not arrive in time for my event can I have a refund?
    A: We do not offer refunds. Please allow plenty of time for your order to ship to you. Delayed delivery packages are unfortunately out of my control once in the USPS possession. If you think you are cutting it close time wise please send us a message and we will give you our opinion.

    Q: My package arrived damaged what now?
    A: While we take every care to ensure safe delivery and have very few instances where a package arrives damaged, if this does happen we need to be notified within 2 days of delivery and will require pictures of the damaged item AND packaging.

    Q: My package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address, how do I get it sent back out?
    A: If a package is returned to sender(RTS) by USPS due to an insufficient address in any way, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping again to get the item shipped back out. If the item is no longer needed a 30% restocking fee will apply as well as shipping charges will not be refunded. ** All this information is dependent on the package actually delivering back to our office. Please note sometimes RTS packages take a little longer to get back to us than they took to arrive at the original destination.
